Placing An Order Questions

How long before I receive my order?
Production time varies per item from as little as same or 1 day up to 7 business days. 90% of orders however ship ahead of schedule. Please note the turnaround time on every product page. Once an order is complete, shipping takes 1 to 3 days anywhere in the continental US. The northwest, southeast and southwest states will receive the orders in 1 to 2 days. Northwest states will receive the order in 3 days. If ground shipping takes longer, we will expedite your shipping for no extra charge. So in total, the time it will take for you to receive the order is production time + shipping time. For a production timeline matrix, click here.
How do I upload my design?
Artwork upload is the last step of your order. Once your order has been placed, you will reach the upload page where you can select and upload your files. If you do not want to upload your files at that time, you can always come back to your member panel and click on "Upload Artwork" to send your files.
I don't have a design yet...what can I do?
If you don't already have a design, you can either use Tango Print's iDesign, or request a custom design from our design department. Through iDesign, you can create postcard, business card and letterhead designs at your own pace. Then when you're ready place the order.
How do I make the payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Debit and Credit Cards. We also accept payments through Paypal which in turn accepts all major credit cards as well direct payments from your bank account. Payment is the last step of the ordering process. During checkout you will be able to enter your payment information to place your order. For security reasons, we do not accept checks or payments by phone. If you are placing a custom order, a payment form will be provided with the custom order information.
I can't find the product and/or quantity I need!
Our most popular products and quantities are pre-discounted. We can accommodate custom quantities, products and special requests. For a custom quote, please click on the Custom Quote link and a sales rep. will followup with you.

Existing Order Questions

I would like to cancel my order
An order can only be canceled if it is not in production or scheduled for production yet. Please note the order status in your account page may experience a time delay when showing on your screen. A cancellation fee up to 20% or $25 may apply. To cancel your order, please open a support eticket and assign the highest priority to it for a quick cancellation.
I would like to change/upate my order
An order can be updated only if it's not in production or scheduled for near production. Order changes my delay your order and reset processing and turnaround times.
What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order 24/7 by accessing your member control panel and clicking on "Order Status" for order details and its current status.


How long does shipping take?
Shipping time is 1, 2 or 3 days. You may upgrade shipping during checkout to Next Day or 2nd Day UPS.
How long before I receive my order?
The time it takes for you to receive your order is the total of production and shipping days. Average production time is 3 days. Average shipping time is 2 days. So that would be 5 business days. For the exact production time per item, please see the turnaround time on the product page. Shipping can be expedited during order checkout. We offer UPS Next Day and UPS 2 Day for guaranteed quick shipping. Note that Tango Print will always deliver your order in 3 days or less. If ground shipping takes longer, you qualify for a free shipping upgrade.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We also PayPal and whatever payment method you setup with them.
Can you rush my order?
We provide next day printing on certain products. Please visit for a list of those products. Next day products will ship a full business day after you place the order. The order must be placed by 7am to qualify. You also rush shipping during checkout by selecting an expedited shipping option.


What is the Trim Line / Cut Line?
In order to print “full bleed” (no white lines down the edges) the ink coverage must exceed the final print dimensions. The trim line is located 1/8th of an inch inside your design your submit. For ex, a CD Cover is 4.75"x4.75" +0.25" bleed. You submit a 5"x5" file and we cut the 4.75"x4.75 inside. So the background of your design must be extended 1/8th of an inch outside of the trim line.
What is the Safety Line?
Keep your text and other important elements of the design within the Safety Line area. It is located 1/8th of an inch inside the trim line. Although the automated machines used to cut are highly accurate, it's best to leave that extra space from the cut line to assure text is not cut off.
What is the Bleed?
A bleed is extra image/colour that extends beyond the edge of the page. Any time an image or a color is printed to the edge of a page, the image or color should extend at least 1/8th of an inch off the edge so that when the page is trimmed on a mechanical cutter, small variations in the trim will not result in a white line down the edge of the page.
